In 1925, the building was moved to a site near Lincoln and Atlantic Streets. In 1952, the offices were moved once again to a site on Sixth and Vernon Streets. Several years later they were replaced by more modern facilities.

This three-story Southern Pacific Clubhouse in Roseville, California was formally opened on June 6, 1908. The basement, or ground floor contained the kitchen and grill room. Reading and billiard rooms were on the second floor and sleeping rooms were on the third floor. This building was torn down in 1948 when the Seawell Underpass was being constructed.

From note with photograph - This is a photograph of one of the giant articulated Mallets which replaced the earlier day engines. The pictured engine arrived in Roseville in about 1909. It caused so much excitement among the railroaders that the general foreman said: "Let's all stop and have our picture taken." After the arrival of this Mallet, the steam Mallets became a common fixture in the Roseville yard until the 1950`s when they were replaced...
